fall color new yorkHappy Monday, friends! How was your weekend? Despite a random day of 75 degree temps yesterday (we’re now back to a more seasonal 51 degrees!), Autumn has well and truly arrived in New York City. I love this time of year because the city comes alive with fall color! From quiet brownstone lined sidewalks to the breathtaking beauty of Central Park, every corner of the city is awash with auburn, copper, red and yellow hues. It certainly looks very different to this series of summer golden hour photographs I captured earlier this year in Central Park, or my winter snowstorm in NYC images! I spent Sunday working (I was shooting a Holiday commercial for HP, which I’m super excited to share the results of soon!) but I managed to take some time off on Saturday to go color hunting. Here are my highlights…

1. An Autumn stroll through Central Park led me to this stunning ombre tree! I was wearing my Topman bomber from last spring, Club Monaco striped crew neck and Cuisse de Grenouille chinos. So comfy!

So excited to see the festive feel and spirit start to make it’s way into the City! (Let’s just ignore that Trump sign on the ice rink – yikes!)LPQ avocado toast4. Started the weekend with a cozy breakfast at Le Pain Quotidian with my heart mate. Thier avo on toast is delicious!fall color new york5. The reflection of the autumnal leaves in this pond had me speechless – wow!fall color new york6. I never get tired of taking walks through NYC’s parks, they are the perfect tonic to big city living.fall color new york7. Seriously, these colors?! I wish Autumn wasn’t such a short season!fall color new york8. I had to be up before sunrise for my film shoot on Sunday, but it meant I was able to capture this beautiful pink sunrise.DOUGH new york9. Took a late night impulse trip to DOUGH Uptown on Saturday night (it was closed though, boooo!) so I’m going to head back soon as I’ve still yet to try their famed donuts!fall color new york10. When there’s a beautiful sunset that makes the skyscrapers of New York turn from grey to all shades of purple I will jump off my Citi Bike and take A LOT of pictures!
