spring in New York cityMy work in the last month has seen me travel from NYC to Hawaii back to NYC, then to Miami before going back to NYC, then to Barcelona before going back to NYC again, then to San Francisco and Sonoma, before eventually heading home to NYC on Tuesday this week. Whoa, I feel exhausted just from typing that out! It’s been an incredible month of work and I’m so excited about all the fun projects and content I’ll be sharing with you guys from those trips inn the coming weeks. That being said, I’d be lying if I didn’t say how lovely it feels to be back home in NYC for a couple of weeks. Even better? The sun is shining, the mercury is rising and the blossoms are bloomin’ – it’s finally spring in New York City!Sandro pink romance sweater spring in New York cityAs you guys know, I love to match my outfits to walls or make them seasonally appropriate. I know, I know – it’s a total #geekmove but that’s what happens when you’re a die hard color lover like I am! So, it’ll be no surprise that I fell in love with this Sandro pink ‘romance’ sweatshirt the moment I set eyes on it. I paired it with black denim to create contrast and to stop it from looking too children’s TV host-esq! I was wearing this outfit while exploring Miami’s Wynwood Walls and couldn’t believe my luck at how much of a perfect match the wall and outfit were. The perfect early spring outfit in front of this spot-on blossom pink striped wall was a moment of serendipity that was too good to pass up! OH, and while we’re talking style: this pair of classic 574 grey New Balance sneakers are quite possibly the most comfortable pair of shoes I’ve ever worn. Love! If you want them too, be quick as they are limited edition.spring in New York cityI love to walk through Central Park throughout all four seasons but there’s a certain sense of excitement on the first properly spring-like day of the season. Everyone from families to couples to friends hurry to the park to catch their first glimpse of the season’s blossoms – and it was no different this year. There’s something magical when New Yorkers all come together to enjoy a moment like this. Here’s to the new season ahead, friends! Have a great weekend and I’ll see you back here next week!Sandro pink romance sweater spring in New York city// Photography by Will Taylor
