1. A morning stroll along the River Thames in central London is a great way to blow of the cobwebs from the previous night’s excesses!
2. Pink and yellow tulips look fantastic in my old Anthropologie vase.
3. Enjoyed making chocolate-dipped mini madeleines for the first time.
4. The Houses of Parliament and Big Ben looked resplendent against the wintery blue sky.
5. British Airways made me feel like George Clooney for a split second by sending me a card for their Executive Club!
6. My ombre mug from Designers Guild goes perfectly with the blue palette of my new bedroom scheme.
7. I was excited to discover that Bright.Bazaar was named one of the Best Design Blogs by The Sunday Times.
8. My latest print purchase. Why? Because it made me smile when I read it and you know how much I love make-you-smile style!
9. The shape and colour of these mint ceramic bowls are spot on.
10. Perhaps it’s because I’m craving some exotic sunshine (cripes, any sunshine would be good!) but I can’t get enough of this palms pillow.
Welcome to Bright.Bazaar, my make-you-smile style corner of the internet. I’ve been sharing my love of beautiful design, feel-good homes, everyday style, inspiring travel and, pretty much everything in between, since 2009. As well as working as a content creator, I write interior design books and edit a bi-weekly e-newsletter called Smile Mail. I live in New York City with my heartmate and can often be found listening to Madonna’s Confessions album and dreaming up my next home renovation project.

Hi Will
There is buckets loads of sunshine here in Australia at the moment and I am just hearing those mint bowls and that coffee cup is sublime. Shell – A Darlings Nest
@Shell – Please send some our way! 😉
Loved walking by the Thames when I lived in Whitechapel, it was always lovely. I went to the beach yesterday but it was so rough the beach was closed Adoring the tulips but they’re way too expensive down here for my liking. Now I wish I’d bought The Sunday Times.
