Video: Mr. Bazaar Styles His Kitchen Pantry

In my recent post about Idyll Home I promised to show you how I styled up my industrial factory cabinet from the store – well, here is the result! I decided to film a short video so that you could see the cabinet and the pieces I styled it with in more detail. Plus, I thought it would be fun to invite you into my Bright.Bazaar home via video because it’s like we’re all hanging out at my place! I hope you enjoyed this look into my kitchen and do let me know if you would like to see more video posts – I know this one isn’t perfect but it’s my first time editing a video so hopefully I can get better!

Hi Will, thank you so much for allowing us to access your lovely home. I really love the colours you’ve chosen for your kitchenware. I especially love the horse bowls, they are so individual. I also really like the badger cushion, where is that from if you don’t mind me asking?
Having you on video was a really lovely way to ”meet” you and to learn more about your styling ideas. Maybe when the book hits our shelves, we’ll see you on our tv screens too,
    Love Jo xxx

Great video Will. I have started exploring with using them on the blog and think they add an extra personal touch.

Great advice for styling too. I love the industrial cupboard with “softer” items in it.

I know that telling you you’re a NATURAL on camera is just repeating myself but, seriously, YOU’RE A NATURAL! Will + Camera = Your Calling! Brilliant!

  • Reply Meredith cherniack April 5, 2013 at 2:25 am

Great video Will! I love that you read your magazines backwards like I do, they should just make them so that they start at the end and end at the start. Anywho, lovely video. Also I really like your scroll-over shopping guide.

Great video blog – makes it so much more personal. Love the styling. I like how its designed but doesn’t look too ordered, the balance is perfect. Units like that are fab to show off wares, I think that painting the interior white was a good idea. Why hide away great pieces when they can be a part of the room design and colour scheme. Adds so much more character to a room and is much nicer than shutting beautiful pieces like that away out of sight – Fab :O)

OK Will… I expect you to have your own TV show within the next 2 years! And it would be a real TV treat ๐Ÿ™‚ You could even have me on as a guest now & then to do the grey thing ๐Ÿ˜‰

And I see we have the same adorable egg cups. Fab!

I absolutely love the color in your kitchen – I’m really warming up to the “sherbert” colors, they are so much fun and lend a tad of vintage to the look. And you are a doll!

Mr Bazaar, I just want to hug you!
    I’m thinking it’s the socks… yes, definitely, the socks…
Thank you so much for a very lovely little video!

  • Reply lena April 8, 2013 at 2:51 pm

The video is brilliant! And I’m picky when it comes to video content… The cabinet and the styling is nice and good but I’m sorry – your feet in those socks are the secret stars of the movie! No really, I liked your tips, too. It even gave me the idea to paint my dark wooden kitchen cabinets (which I call kitchen coffins sometimes…) white inside. Thanks!
