10 Things I Learned & Loved This Weekend

1. It was fun to use chalks for the first time in years on Saturday.
2. These typographic and numerical baskets are super stylish.
3. I ordered some of my Instagram shots as magnets – now I need to decide where to put them!
4. The lovely Cez, who I met at Meet the Blogger Stockholm, made my weekend blogging this (surprise!) illustration that she drew of me live as I gave my keynote speech. Thank you, Cez!
5. It was fun to practise making scones on Saturday afternoon; here they are as they went into the oven.
6. There’s nothing quite as restorative as a leisurely Sunday morning spent on the sofa with a fresh coffee.
7. I love Double Merrick’s new One to Ten print.
8. This canvas tote would be fab for the beach.
9. Colour blocked hooks? Yes, please.
10. The cheerful colourways and cute animal motifs make these Joules mugs tea-riffic!

Love the sketch of you, very cute. I too love chalk think it reminds me of school and always wanting to write on the blackboard, brings us back to our childhood. I still love colouring books too and markets… it’s the child in me trying to get out…
