Keith-Brymer-Jones-tableware

I’ve been a fan of Keith Brymer Jones ceramics for some time now (you might be able to spot my own little ‘love’ jug in this post about my kitchen back in December last year) so I was excited to see that his pieces will be available at 43% off in a HushHush sale from Monday. Yep, I’ve totally set my alarm for that one; I’m thinking it’s the ideal time to add to my collection! I like how Keith creates simple yet bold pieces that fuse both style and tradition to create designs that feel timeless in today’s trend-led world. Plus, as I’ve always been hooked on typewriters (I fondly recall the stories my Gran has told me of her time in the typing pool back in the day) it’s even more pleasing to that each piece includes a small coloured word imprint that recalls an old typewriter font. I think these pieces are further evidence that so often it’s simple designs that really go the distance. Do you have any of Keith’s pieces? Do you like his simple and playful approach to tableware? Enjoy your weekend breakfasts, friends!
