If I was going to host a tea party (hey, tea can be cool!) then you can bet your bottom dollar I’d host it in this delightful home. Photographed by Stellan Herner this vibrant home has Bright.Bazaar style stamped all over it. In the bedroom a glossy red chest offsets smooth turquoise accents, whilst black base shades help to turn an art wall into a striking statement in the dining area. There are bright, preppy hues aplenty but notice how red hues are used throughout to ensure that the different spaces remain connected. Clever use of patterned textiles serve to elongate a narrow corridor, whilst sharp lines on the wardrobe give the illusion of higher ceilings. However, for Mr.B, the real star is the kitchen decor. It holds a wonderful air of whimsy, don’t you think?

  1. Spectacular! You know, this (in addition to yvestown's office and a story from British House and Gardends) is another proof to my guess that pink is one of the colors that look best against white molding. It just makes sense visually.

  2. My favorite thing is the flower arrangement in picture 2, although everything is really eye-catching and fun.

  3. Um it's beautiful. Loving the red chest of drawers… we did one for our guest bedroom, but didn't look that lovely and I've grown tired of it now.

Another great tour Will! Thanks 🙂

  4. Oh wow it would be like going to a fairyland having tea here! Just stunning!
I love all the white with pops of color!

    Gorgeous!!

    Luvs!

  5. OMG I LOVE this house!! Can I just move in? I'd miss my jungalow…but it would be worth it! It would be like living in Candyland! soooo f**king fun!

  6. what a fun home! I love all the patterns and colours but am particularly fond of that black area behind the gallery wall in the dining room – it's unexpected and really shows off the art! Fun lamps throughout too 🙂

  7. LOVE, LOVE, LOVE!!!! And I am a huge fan of black grounding a space. This is color theory at its best! Black and white, with color all over! –Gretchen O.

  8. Once you start recovering from all the colour fabulousness, you can't help noticing the IMMACULATE perfection of the floors! If they haven't been *just* repainted, kill me now (or recommend a good cleaning lady).

  9. Love it Will! You're right this has BB stamped all over it. The colours really work though and the gloss makes it all the more fabulous!
