Home-of-the-brave-store-greenpoint-brooklyn-1One of the best things about living in a big city like NYC is how frequently I stumble upon a new-to-you design store. (It’s a plus that makes up for the stink and grime of big city living – ha!) I’d heard about Home of the Brave several times since their 2014 launch but until Monday I had yet to visit their now permanent location in Greenpoint, Brooklyn. I happened upon the store by chance and it was so full of #MakeYouSmileStyle pieces I knew I had to share the space and designs with you guys. Click through after the jump to see the whole tour!

They felt that the items you treasure the most in your wardrobe and home usually have a story behind them; in their mind, each piece has something that gives them meaning and a platform for conversation. So, in February 2014 they translated their refined and honest design aesthetic into Home Of The Brave.Home-of-the-brave-store-greenpoint-brooklyn-4Their shops are known for their made in the USA and Fair Trade focuses with an elevated curation of Designers and Makers, each presented in inspiring and thoughtful atmospheres.Home-of-the-brave-store-greenpoint-brooklyn-5Can we pease discuss these illustrated palm napkins?
