Let’s make Thursday a little more fun, shall we? I love these Take Your Pick posts because it’s always fun to hear why you guys pick the ones you do from the choices in each post. Both the pink and blue colourways of Bodie & Fou’s linen bedding are ideal for bringing an instant colour statement into a bedroom; a quick change of the bedding and you’re sorted! Want to take things to the next level and really make these covers work for their money? Well, consider painting the wall behind your bed in a contrasting hue to make them pop. As we can see here the pink option really comes alive against a dark grey wall (those two hues are always a colour marriage made in heaven) and the blue colourway creates an Aegean, Mediterranean-like feel when paired with a crisp white surrounding. As I’m longing for warmer days, I have to pick the blue, but which colourway gets your vote?

I would have to pick the pink one since we have grey walls and I agree it really looks great together. Not quite sure my husband would agree though! Linen is such a wonderful material for bedding.
It was lovely meeting you in stockholm and do keep in touch

I love this loose linen style! It will be perfect for my new bed. I think I will be brave and choose pink! I’m not a pink lady but the colours in my flat is mostly white, grey and icey blue/turquoise so pink would actually look great. Thanks for the tip, I didn’t know Bodie & Fou!

Pink, it is sexy and uplifting. The combination with that warm grey make it makes it much more elegant. The fact that it is linen makes the pink more interesting. Have a nice day Will, I really like your blog and I feel like I am getting to know you

I have a bright pink (cotton) duvet with dark grey walls right now, and love it! Here’s a photo: http://www.studiodavenue.com/redesigns/bedroom-redesign-progress/
But our duvet has recently faded from the hot Seville sun…so maybe this will be my replacement. It looks great!

@Abbie – Thanks for sharing the link to your bedroom – it looks fab! I like how you added that pink frame to the art above the bed, it really helps to pull the space together!

I love the blue! But I love the grey wall! Perhaps, if the blue duvet and a very light grey wall so it still constrated a bit, but gave it some depth…love that hue of blue though!

Gonna have to be a boy on this one and choose blue. Much as I love pink, that pink is more a Pepto-Bismol colour, whereas the blue looks extremely calming.

@Gerard – I agree; the blue reminds me of relaxing summer holidays.

I just opened their webshop to fall completely flat for the grey colours and the mustard too. I love this type of natural bedlinen.

Don’t normally go for pink, but love it with that grey.

I’m not really one for pink but with that grey it’s superb. I’d throw in a few gold accessories to add a bit of sparkle and light to the dark scheme.
