IKEA PRANT – DIY Modular Storage

A few weeks ago they charmed my socks off with their makeover of the RAST chest of drawers;Β this week the DIY spotlight is on the PRANT box. The team at Livet Hemma used a collection of the PRANT boxes to create a modular storage system, fixing them together with stationery clamps and painting the insides with soft pastel hues. I think it looks brilliant! Have you ever done something similar?

Really wishing ikea wasn't four hours away right now, this is exactly what I've been looking for. Literally, I've seen something exactly like this, just didn't know they were prant boxes.

I did a post a few weeks ago about crate storage and I was desperate to try it myself but when I looked into it crates are so expensive. I never thought of trying Ikea though. Now I can definitely give this a go! Thanks Will!
